Cancel an appointment
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. Otherwise, we will charge the full amount of the service booked. Cancellations should be made by calling 01475 789467 or via your account on our online booking system.
Wedding Hair & Makeup
A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding day, and a further £100 is to be paid on the trial day with the rest of the balance due two weeks prior to the wedding day. A minimum of 72 hours is required to cancel a wedding booking or a late cancellation fee may apply.
Gift Cards
E-Gift Cards are non-refundable are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Cards cannot be sold, redeemed for cash or products or transferred. Please check the required notice periods based on the value of the booked treatment(s).
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems.
Children
Please understand that we cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.
Confidentiality
Rest assured that all your Personal Information will be kept strictly confidential. We fully comply with all UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
