If this is your first hair colour appointment with us. you must visit the salon at least 72 hours before your appointment in order for us to complete a patch test. This only takes 5 mins in the salon for us to do and you can visit any time during our opening hours, there is no need to book an appointment.

We will then send you a follow-up email 24 hours later to confirm whether or not you have had any allergic reactions. If all is ok you can then attend your appointment as normal.

Yes, we offer limited appointments for our popular wedding/bridal party hair service. This is subject to availability, please telephone the salon on 01475 789467 or use our contact form to request a quote.

A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding day, and a further £100 is to be paid on the trial day with the rest of the balance due two weeks prior to the wedding day. A minimum of 72 hours is required to cancel a wedding booking or a late cancellation fee may apply.

No, a deposit isn't required to book a hair appointment with us. Please see our cancellation/rescheduling policy here. (A deposit is required for wedding/bridal party bookings - see below)

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you are unable to make your hair appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. Otherwise, we may charge the full amount of the service booked. Cancellations should be made by calling 01475 789467 or via your account on our online booking system.

You can pay for your appointment online at the time of booking via debit/credit card. Or you can pay in the salon with cash, debit/credit card.

Yes, we offer home/mobile visits on a Tuesday subject to availability. Our home-visit hairdressing service is for clients who are local to our hair salon in Greenock only. Please telephone the salon directly on 01475 789467 to arrange a home visit appointment as this cannot be booked online.
